Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment for Services or Goods Provided will be at time of collection
- Failure to collect within 7 days from notification an invoice will be issued detailing the below (3)
- Please note if this invoice is not paid within, 10 days from the due date legal action will follow. This will include additional costs, of £50.00 and in accordance with the UK Government guidelines, £40.00 + 8% above the Bank of England base rate 5.25%. This will be applied to the outstanding amount the day after the invoice due date. Any additional cost incurred in legal debt recovery will be at an additional charge to you without further consultation
- All debt will be pursued in accordance with UK Law and will be subject to CCJ, followed by high court submission
- All Major Cards are Accepted
General Terms & Conditions
- If CCTV is required this must be indicated at initial commutation with Rainbow Bridge, failure to indicate may result in CCTV not being available
- Paw Prints are taken with the best intent, however, sometimes they do not look as visually pleasing as we would like, Rainbow Bridge takes no responsibility for a substandard paw print.
- All pets will be cremated with the belongings they arrive with unless otherwise notified, Rainbow Bridge cannot no responsibility for toys , blankets, beds, collars etc unless notified during the initial communication
- Products we sell online, we do your best to ensure that descriptions are accurate and colours are adequately represented.
- Rainbow Bridge, cannot be held responsible should there be discrepancies in size, shape, or colour with the products received computers may simply have been showing them differently.
- Product availability. we state that while we aim to ensure that a products for sale are in stock, Rainbow Bridge won’t be held liable if there was a mistake and a product is sold out, in which case you reserve the right to cancel the order.
- We recognise that errors do happen and we, give ourself the right to correct wrong information, such as prices, description and to cancel or refuse processing an order that was made based on that information.
- Choosing a product from our website, the responsibility remains yours for ordering the correct size, we will offer advice to help with sizing, but take no responsibility for incorrect size ordered
- Refund Policy, Should Rainbow Bridge supply damed or incorrect goods, provided the goods are returned in the same packaging, & we are notified immediately a refund less postage will be granted
- Our links to other websites, this does not imply endorsement of the third party’s website we are not responsible for whatever happens when users choose to follow a link and leave our website, however we do our utmost to ensure all links are safe to use.
